The food here is fresh and very consistent. The grilled shrimp appetizer is excellent and I have gotten it multiple times. The calamari is also very good large pieces of calamari.
The fish is always cooked perfectly and the different seasoning choices are great to have. I also like the tomato, the coleslaw, the cheese, the brown rice.
The drinks are a little pricey for the size of cups but that's okay since it's unlimited.
The atmosphere is very nice and there's plenty of seating usually.
The people are very nice that work there at the counter.
All in all 10 out of 10 inconsistent and I've been here many times each year. -

I had a positive dining experience overall, but the tacos I ordered proved to be quite messy and challenging to eat. I ended up resorting to using a fork and knife to enjoy them. Aside from this minor issue, everything else about the meal was satisfactory.

My wife and I went to Coconuts Café for the first time, and we will definitely be back. There are surfboards on the wall and all the tables have a fin, like a shark, Hawaiian music was playing, it was very pleasant to be in and like another reviewer put, it felt like you were at the beach. . I had the AHI tuna, the best damn seafood chowder I ever had, and the same for the Seafood Alfredo. We also had Taro Root chips. There was plenty to take home. The food was excellent! I highly recommend Coconuts Café. The service was excellent and for today's prices everywhere, the portion sizes were plentiful. The day we went, they were honoring Maui, as all proceeds that day were going to support Aloha Maui.
